Wild Honey
Wild Honey vocal trio is the delicious elixir of the voices of Cyrise Schachter, Peia Luzzi, and Megan Danforth.
Drawing on the song traditions of their ancestral lineages they weave exquisite harmonies infused with a rare depth of soul. Wild Honey is available for performances and vocal workshops internationally.
Sea Change
Sea Change is the acoustic duo of Stefan and Cyrise Schachter.
Known for their poetic lyrics and playful vocal phrasing set within warm acoustic timbres and deep grooves, Sea Change is available for performances, rituals, special events, and creative collaboration.
They perform frequently as a duo and are accompanied as needed by percussion, bass, piano, and other musical textures.
Women’s vocal ensemble class
These groups are rooted in reverence for the unique beauty of every singer, and the joy of weaving our voices together in harmony and play. You will learn about and strengthen your vocal instrument as you delight in the sharing of music with others.
This Autumn’s 7 week session begins October 21st and will feature Contemporary American Folk, traditional Bulgarian, Irish, and Yiddish songs. Cost of the class includes a workshop with internationally acclaimed vocalist and composer (and one of my mentors) Moira Smiley. This Autumn’s ensemble will be a special one.
