Women’s Vocal Ensemble
This Spring’s 7 week session begins March 17th and runs through April 28th. Class will meet on Tuesday from 1-2:30pm in Ashland.
This season will feature songs from Contemporary American Folk, Appalachian, Eastern European, and Celtic traditions. We will explore the joy of vocal harmony and collaborative musicality.
This Spring’s ensemble will be a special one, rooted in reverence for each woman’s unique voice.
This class is a good fit for you if you seek to build musicianship, share laughter and connection with other women, and have a playful and focused container to explore your voice.

Join Rabbi Brian Yosef Schachter-Brooks and Maggidah Cyrise from March 9-13 2026 for this movement and meditation retreat. Sitting meditation, sacred movement, and time for journaling and rest will shape the rhythm of our days as we connect with the time of transition between Adar, the month of increasing Joy, and Nisan, the month of great liberation.

ancestral healing pilgrimage
Ashkenazi ancestral Journeys 2026
This January our second cohort is diving into a year of deep learning about ourselves and our relationship to our our diasoporic experience, our Ashkenazic ancestors, and the earth where they lived.
We learned so much from the first iteration of this journey and we are crafting an even more informed arc of learning and experience.
I’m humbled and honored to be co-facilitating this experience, to have the opportunity to be in Poland again, and to deepen my own soul understanding of the healing needed and the beauty to celebrate in this ancestral lineage.
