Katriel Tarot Reading

This is a very special Tarot deck. It includes the 22 letters of the Hebrew Aleph-Bet, and the 10 spheres of the Tree of Life as they appear in each of the Kabbalistic four worlds.

This is truly a powerful mystic matrix.

Readings can provide insight unavailable to the conscious mind through close and intuitive consideration of the cards that appear.  Looking at a card layout is a bit like reading a sacred text. A reading can help a person see and decode patterns in the subconcious that are at play in a situation or at a life stage.

I am grateful to be a lineage carrier of this deck as a student of Rabbi Steven Fisdel of blessed memory.

I’m offering a DISCOUNT for the upcoming Hebrew New Year and the month of ELUL (Aug 25-Sept 21).  Purchase a reading this month and receive %18 off.

Ancestral Blessing

Elul Soul Candle ritual

We will meet in the ‘field’ when the veils are thin, on Sunday September 14th to bless the souls of our ancestors and to request their blessings.

It was a tradition throughout the Pale of Settlement for hundreds of years to “measure the cemetery” and then use the wick to make soul candles.  The candles will burn with our prayers infused in them, and illuminate our season of reflection and return with the blessings of our wise and well ancestors.

Elul mikvah ritual

rosh Hashanah

At the new moon of the Autumnal Equinox on Sunday, September 21st, we will gather to sing and pray, then immerse ourselves in the living waters that arise from this sacred earth. Set your intentions for the new season and the New Year of the soul. This gathering is limited to 12 participants.

Ashkenazi ancestral journey

polAND PILGRIMAGE

In July 2025 Julie Wolk and I facilitated a first-of-its-kind ancestral pilgrimage to Poland. This two week journey was seeded with the intention to return to the land our ancestors called home for centuries, and to bear witness to the vital lives they lived and the tragic brutality they faced.

This life changing journey caused us to root more deeply in a vision of Judaism beyond Zionism and to come to embody the concept of homeland and Doikayt/Hereness.

b'nai mitzvah training and ceremony

Cyrise guided our daughter with intuition and wisdom as she taught her the rituals and prayers she needed to become a Bat Mitzvah.  I felt a deep apreciation that Sarah was not only learning to read Hebrew and recite from the Torah, but that Cyrise was conveying the deeper meanings of Judaism’s spiritual practices.

The ritual that Cyrise led for Sarah was deeply transformative for our entire family. Sarah and Cyrise keep in touch and I know she is a spiritual touchstone in Sarah’s life!”

Wedding ceremonies

Choosing Cyrise to conduct our ceremony was the best decision we made in our whole wedding planning process. From beginning to end, she guided us through the complexities of the ritual with grace, warmth, humor, and clarity. She tailored our ceremony to our own specific story with the skill of a writer, and led it with a singer’s presence. I can still hear her beautiful voice whenever I look at photos of that day. With Cyrise you get so much more than an officiator. You get a conductor.
